Breastfeeding Photos Censored on Facebook - The Parenting.com Blogs

Breastfeeding Photos Censored on Facebook - The Parenting.com Blogs.

Is this the same Facebook where less clothing is more in most profile pics?

People act beyond bizarrely when it comes to breastfeeding. And I think attitudes are more repressive than when I breastfed my first 20 years ago.

We've come a long way baby. Yeah, right.

I have written about this at my blog and hav begun a fbook group Breastfeeding Mommas ROCK!! I nursed 4 kids a LONG time - both singletons and twins, and I am so mad at this...I was going to say goodbye to fbook, but felt it better to make a vocal stand instead of storm out. Please join if you want to, and you can read more at my blog, and MANY other blogs too! Thanks! http://missingwomaninmommaland.blogspot.con

Anne,
Thank you for your helpful comments and resources for parents. I would like to direct your male readers to my new daddy blog: http://teampants.blogspot.com if you'd like some good reading on the subject.

I'm pregnant... I will be breastfeeding... I'm a FaceBook user.... and I plan to post some photos as well. There is nothing wrong with it as long as the pictures are in good taste and people don't get out of control with them.

I'm also documenting my pregnancy journey (in a very, very unique way) on my blog with my husband: http://www.HisBoysCanSwim.com

Well, worst comes to worse, if FaceBook doesn't allow it, no one will stop me from posting photos on my blog ;)

Hi Ann-
Thank you for the kind words on my blog! It's an honor to count you among my readers. I'm turning over a new project in my mind, and was wondering if I might possible be able to talk with you about it. I would really love to get your input. If you have a moment, could you email me? It's jeneyer at gmail.com.

I don't know how you find the time to do all your blogs, but they're fantastic!

Best,
Jen Eyer

I get it why it's censored on the facebook, there are some cruel people that look at it rather differently, You know what I mean! for all those I have to words You suck!
