The Official Blog for My New Sleep Book

I'm finishing the last chapter of my sleep book tonight, but I already see the need for this blog -- so that I'll have a place for all the links, resources, and other goodies that I couldn't quite fit into the book -- or that I will, no doubt, stumble across the moment the book goes to press.

My book -- Sleep Solutions for Your Baby, Toddler, and Preschooler: The Ultimate No-Worry Approach for Each Age and Stage -- is due out from Wiley this spring. I'll be telling you more about the book during the months ahead.
