A brand new study reports that snoring tends to run in the family. Researchers at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati evaluated 681 children (median age 12.6 months) and found that infants who snored on a regular basis were three times as likely to have a parent who snored on a regular basis. The results of the study are reported in this month's issue of CHEST, the peer-reviewed journal of the American College of Chest Physicians.
